OVERVIEW Abhor was a hardcore band from Cork. The group was formed in 1994 and featured a lineup of Noel Lynch [Guitar], Pete Lawlor [Vocals], Wes Murphy [Bass Guitar], Ed Harrington [Guitar] and Ollie O'Shea [Drums]. There is very little known about this band. Abhor recorded a demo entitled 'Abyss' in 1994, however, there are no known full releases. After the band split, Pete went on to perform with Carnun Risin anf For Ruin. Ed later played with Rulers Of The Planet. Noel, for his part, played with a string of bands including Carnún, [R]evolution Of A Sun, El Bastardo and Slow Motion Heroes. 1994 - Band formed - Release of 'Abyss' demo
