| OVERVIEW AV8 was formed in 1998 when Martin Healy [formerly of A-House] approached Niamh McDonald [Giant] with a view to forming a writing / performing partnership. After a few months of writing, the duo met Morgan Pincot, a French Guitarist. The band released one EP entitled 'Tremor'. The collection featured 'Fireside', 'Push', 'Now And Forever' and 'Never Knew What Luck Was'. In late 2002,the band changed their name to The Sweet Hereafter. Martin Healy later appeared in Pony Club along with Mark Cullen of Bawl / Fixed Stars. Niamh joined rockabilly band The Mosquitoes as a vocalist. 1998 - AV8 Formed 2002 - Changed the name of the band to The Sweet Hereafter |
