OVERVIEW Avalanche Ammo is the latest musical project from Anthony Boland. The Kildare native had previously traded with the alternative rock outfit, Belljar. Avalanche Ammo is essentially a solo project with Boland playing a brand post rock. While using the moniker for some time, he only really emerged on the scene in 2011. He released his debut EP entitled 'Animals' in March. Later that year he made his live bow at Whelans. Interestingly, his live performance is a somewhat visual affair with Boland sporting an elaborate mask throughout the performance. 2011 - Release of 'Animals' EP [28 March]
