OVERVIEW Da Capo was formed in 1999 by Stephen Reddy [Keyboards & Programming], Fergal Doherty [Vocals & Acoustic Guitar] and Stephen Luther [Bass Guitar]. Rob Power [Electric Guitar & Backing Vocals] and Barry Ryan [Vocals & Acoustic Guitar] were recruited over the following 12 months. This line up went on to record the 'Lutha's Box' demo in November 2000. The ten track collection was recorded in Stephen Luther's garage. A number of the tracks from this session would later appear on releases from the band. In February 2001, the line up of the band was expanded to six with the recruitment of Leigh Mahar on drums. The band entered a particularly productive phaase. The band made its live debut as part of the 2001 IMRO Showcase Tour. In addition to this, this period saw the band release a string of singles and EPs including 'Moving Slow', 'Another Line Rhymes' and 'Lights Out'.
