| OVERVIEW Daemien Frost was formed in Dublin in late by David Layde [Guitar] and Hag [Drums]. Mark McManus was later invited to join on Bass while Greg Barrett was also a member of the group. The group was particularly active during 2001 when it released a string of singles - 'Slut Style', 'In League With The Amazons' and 'Who Stole The Rock?' All three singles were split releases with The Jimmy Cake, Montana Pete and Banana Melt respectively. That year also saw the band release the 'Corpus Daemo' album on the Alpha Relish label. The band subsequently entered a period of inactivity. Hag and Mark went on to form Giraffe Running. David Layde performed with Merman and Beacon Habit while Mark also played with Merman before joining Moloch In Tyrol, who subsequently became Zorilla. In 2007, the band released 'Spirito Di Daemo'.
