- Release of debut album, 'Cosmosphere'
2004
- Release of 'The Monkeys In The Zoo Have More Fun Than Me' album [10 September]
2005
- Jape perform as part of the fourth series of Other Voices, Songs From A Room which was recorded in St. James Church in Dingle. The series is broadcast on RTE Television in the Spring of 2006.
- Release of 'Eating Turkey To Make Music To Eat Turkey To' as part of a split single with Stanley Super 800
- Jape welcome The Raconteurs to their fanclub. The US Supergroup have added 'Falling' to their live set.
