OVERVIEW Knave was a grunge-influenced band from Portlaoise. The band was active during the 1990s and featured Gavin Brown [Vocals & Guitar], Frank McNally [Bass Guitar] and Ruairi Phelan [Drums]. The band released one EP, 'Smile' in 1995 which featured the tracks 'Smile', 'FIMO (Fresh In My Opinion)' and 'Dafodaisy'. The band also a promotional CD of material called 'The Budvar Sessions' the same year.
