2005 -

OVERVIEW Painting By Numbers is and indie-rock band based on Cork. The band was formed in 2005 and the lineup includes Ronan McCann [Vocals & Guitar], David Nelligan [Guitar], Darragh Enright [Drums], and Diarmuid Galvin [Bass Guitar]. The band released an eponymously-titled debut EP in late 2005. The EP was well received and was named as 'Pick Of The Fortnight' in Hot Press magazine. A second EP was released entitled 'Circuits' was released in 2007. The group disbanded some time after this. Ronan later re-emerged as Carried By Waves. David went on to perform with Mystery Guest Stars and The David Nelligan Thing as well as releasing a body of solo material.
