OVERVIEW Rain was a Dublin-based pop band which was active during the mid to late 1990s. The band was, essentially, the musical vehicle for Robert MacLeod. While thiswas, essentially, a solo project Robert called for theassitance of collaborators such as Wayne Sheehy [1990, The Banditz, Cactus World News, Driveshaft, Hinterland & Hothouse Flowers]. During its existence, Rain released two albums - 'Rain' in 1997 and 'Hidden' a year later. The band also issued a number of singles including 'It Can't Rain All The Time' and 'Stay', both of which were released in 1997.
