Things have finally delivered. While
previous
efforts like 'Demon Stomp' and 'Psycho
Lover'
brought fine doses of schizophrenic
blues
and garage punk to the party, the Dubliners'
recorded efforts always seemed disappointing
when compared to their furiously frantic
and fabulously ludicrous live shows.
All
that has changed. 'Some Kind Of Kick'
is
a near perfect slice of punk rock.
So feverishly
does vocalist Neilo howl out his sleazoid
predatory lyrics, it's as if his larynx
is
about to explode at any minute. The
type
of rock tune any band would kill to
have
