OVERVIEW The Vital Spark is a punk-pop band from Cork. The group was formed in 2006 by brothers Vince [Vocals & Guitar] and Keith Murray [Bass Guitar] along with Terry English on drums. The band made its live debut supporting The Sultans Of Ping in December of 2006. In June of 2007, The Vital Spark released an eponymously-titled debut EP. The EP included 'Cop It' and the catch 'Disco Tits'. August of the following year heralded the release of a second EP. 'The Colour Of Things To Come' was very well received and was lauded by Hot Press.
