OVERVIEW Yes Cadets is an electro pop band from Belfast. The group formed in the Summer of 2008 and feature Alan Haslam [Vocals & Guitar], Lisa Mageean [Drums & Vocals], Steve Matthews [Bass Guitar, Micron & Vocals] and Ronan McLaughlin [Synths & Vocals]. The band take an amount of inspiration from their mutual admiration for all things Canadian and cite bands such as Arcade Fire and Wolf Parade as influences. 2009 was a busy year with the band touring including appearances at Oxegen and the Hard Working Class Heroes Festival.
